About

I am a fourth-year Computer Engineering student at Koç University, graduating in January 2027. My work sits in two places: computer vision and machine learning on one side, and mobile applications built in Flutter on the other.

I have shipped two Flutter apps to the App Store and Play Store, built a bile duct cancer detection model that reached a 96.7% F1 score on held-out data, and spent a few months evaluating large language model outputs as a freelance AI trainer.

Right now I am at Kuartis in Ankara, labelling and validating image and video datasets for a lane-tracking computer vision pipeline.

Languages
Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL
Frameworks
React, Flutter and Dart, HTML and CSS
ML and data
NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn
Spoken
English (C2), German (A1.2), Spanish (A1)

Experience

Six roles across computer vision, machine learning, and mobile, from research labs to shipped consumer apps.

  1. Data Labeling and Computer Vision Intern at Kuartis

    Aug 2026 to now

    AnkaraCurrent

Lane-tracking computer vision pipeline for real-world driving footage.

    • Label and validate image and video datasets, keeping annotation accuracy high enough for downstream model training.
    • Apply computer vision techniques to detect and track lane boundaries in real driving footage.
    • Computer vision
    • Python
    • Data annotation
  2. Mobile Application Developer at Koç University

    Mar 2026 to Jul 2026

    Istanbul, Clock Drawing Test project

A digital Clock Drawing Test used for cognitive assessment, taken from wireframes to production.

    • Built and shipped the full application, from wireframes and user-flow diagrams through to a working clinical tool.
    • Implemented patient registration, background test timing, and start and stop controls behind a clinician-friendly interface.
    • Designed data export to Excel and CSV with both local device storage and cloud sync, so clinical data collection stays reliable offline.
    • Flutter
    • Dart
    • CSV export
    • Cloud sync
  3. Mobile Application Developer at Masqot

    Jun 2025 to Sep 2025

    Istanbul

A Flutter community app, released on the App Store and Play Store.

    • Independently built the entire front end, taking it from design through to a live release on both stores.
    • Designed a responsive interface focused on usability and consistency across the whole user journey.
    • Flutter
    • Dart
    • UI and UX
  4. Machine Learning Intern, bile duct cancer detection at Karadeniz Technical University

    Aug 2025 to Sep 2025

    Trabzon

Early diagnosis model for bile duct cancer.

    • Developed a classification model for early diagnosis that reached a 96.7% F1 score on held-out data.
    • Cleaned, preprocessed, and visualised clinical datasets of healthy and diseased samples.
    • Trained and evaluated models with Scikit-learn, iterating on feature selection and preprocessing to improve performance.
    • Python
    • Scikit-learn
    • Pandas
    • NumPy
    • Matplotlib
    • Seaborn
  5. AI Trainer, freelance at Outlier

    Dec 2024 to Feb 2025

    Remote

Large language model evaluation feeding structured feedback into training.

    • Evaluated model outputs for accuracy, consistency, and logical coherence.
    • Analysed responses and datasets in Python and Java to find systematic error patterns.
    • Python
    • Java
    • LLM evaluation
  6. Software Development Intern at CatchPad

    Aug 2024 to Sep 2024

    Istanbul

A social media application built from scratch.

    • Built an Instagram-style mobile app in Flutter, including user profiles, photo uploads, a home feed, and core social interactions.
    • Took full ownership of the front end, which is where most of my state-management practice came from.
    • Flutter
    • Dart

Projects

Machine learning models, shipped mobile apps, and a couple of games in Java. Screenshots are on the way; the write-ups are the honest version for now.

  • Early Diagnosis Model for Bile Duct Cancer

    2025

Classification model built during a research internship

    96.7%F1 score on held-out data

Clinical datasets of healthy and diseased samples were cleaned, preprocessed, and visualised, then classification models were trained and iterated on through feature selection until the score held up on data the model had never seen.

    • Python
    • Scikit-learn
    • Pandas
    • NumPy
  • Masqot

    2025

    Community app

Live on the App Store and Play Store

A Flutter community application whose entire front end I built alone, from design through to release.

    • Flutter
    • Dart
  • Clock Drawing Test

    2026

    Cognitive assessment tool for clinicians

    Shipped to production

A digital version of the Clock Drawing Test built for Koç University, with patient registration, background timing, and export to Excel and CSV that keeps working when the network does not.

    • Flutter
    • Dart
    • CSV export
  • Instagram Clone

    2024

    Social app built from scratch

A full social application in Flutter with user profiles, photo uploads, a home feed, and the state management behind them.

    • Flutter
    • Dart
  • Tower Defense and NBA Simulation

    2023

    Two games in Java

A 2D tower defense game with three levels and custom visual effects, and a basketball simulator that models gameplay through randomised shot outcomes.
